Has a PhD in economic sciences. Is an assistant professor in the Institute of Spatial Econometrics at the Faculty of Economy and Sociology of the University of Łódź.

Graduate and doctoral studies’ student at the Institue of Sociology of the Warsaw University where he is developing works on public sector management in Poland. He is a certified evaluator with over 5 years of experience in domestic and international projects.
