Equal Opportunities for Men and Women on the Labour Market

Short description:

Participants will be observing current situation of men and women on the labour market and its conditioning factors. They will get acquainted with definitions of, e.g.: sociocultural gender, direct and indirect discrimination, sexual harassment, mobbing, glass ceiling, glass walls, glass escalator effect, sticky floor, diagonal and horizontal  segregation. With trainer participants will diagnose the mechanism of steorytipicalisation and get to know how to break them.

Target group:

Training is addressed at the employees of labour offices, centres supporting social economy, members of province social dialogue committees, NGOs operating on the labour market.

Time:

Two days, 16 teaching hours.
