Their basic advantage should be advanced information on forecasted directions of changes in the structure of employee demand for all the stakeholders on the labour market. The training indicates main directions of the use of labour forecasting model designed for current coordination of trainings for the unemployed and directions of vocational training with labour market needs.<\/p>\n<p>Implementation of the results of training will be effective if labour offices fully recognise qualifications and skills of the unemployed.
