Methods of diagnosis and prevention against professional burnout will be presented. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in personal diagnosis of the level of threat of professional burnout. They will get practical guidelines within the framework of team management threatened with burnout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Target group:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Training is aimed at the employees of labour offices, centres for the support of social economy, NGOs operating in the area of client support, vocational councillors, business councillors, entrepreneurs, managers, team and project leaders, teachers, school psychologists, healthcare employees and managers, employees of penitentiary institutions, policemen, soldiers, corporate employees and managers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One day, 8 teaching hours.
