{"id":871,"date":"2015-04-28T10:00:54","date_gmt":"2015-04-28T10:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iarp.edu.pl\/?p=871"},"modified":"2015-07-15T16:04:11","modified_gmt":"2015-07-15T16:04:11","slug":"polish-labour-market-in-5-editions-of-bkl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iarp.edu.pl\/en\/news\/polish-labour-market-in-5-editions-of-bkl\/","title":{"rendered":"Polish labour market in 5 editions of BKL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">On 28<sup>th<\/sup><\/span> <span class=\"hps\">April 2015, at<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> the Palace of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Culture and Science in<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Warsaw, took place <span style=\"color: #004882;\"><strong>the<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><strong> <span class=\"hps\">premiere presentation of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the results of<\/span> <\/strong><span class=\"hps\"><strong>5<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>and last<\/strong> <\/span><strong>edition of <span class=\"hps\">Bilans Kapita\u0142u Ludzkiego<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">the project for<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the annual<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">monitoring of the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Polish<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">labour market<\/span><\/strong><\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">implemented by the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Polish<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Agency for Enterprise Development<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in cooperation<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">with the Jagiellonian University<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"hps\">Dr.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">\u0141ukasz<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Sienkiewicz<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">IARP<\/span> L<span class=\"hps\">eading<\/span> E<span class=\"hps\">xpert<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in the area of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Human Capital and Skills<\/span><\/strong>, <span class=\"hps\">together with Dr.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Grzegorz Baczewski<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">(Confederation<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Lewiatan<\/span>) <span class=\"hps\">and Anna<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Balcerczak<\/span><span class=\"atn\">&#8211;<\/span>Raczy\u0144ska <span class=\"hps atn\">(<\/span><span class=\"\">Polish<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Agency for Enterprise Development<\/span>) <span class=\"hps\">participated in the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">debate on<\/span><span class=\"hps\">:<\/span> <strong><em><span class=\"hps\">What<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">&#8220;<\/span>shapes&#8221; a <span class=\"hps\">competent worker<\/span>? <span class=\"hps\">The role of the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">information on<\/span> c<span class=\"hps\">ompetence needs<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of entrepreneurs.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The discussion indicated positive changes on the labour market in the light of more common cooperation between enterprises and the education sector, as well as communicating with simmilar language in case of students or absolvents on the labour market. A strong need for Sectoral Competence Councils was also indicated.
