This allows for an accurate, yet multi-faceted characteristics of the analyzed phenomena. On a regular basis all IARP experts improve their skills in methodology, mainly through practical experience. At the same time they ensure that the content of research reports and expert opinions are presented in a clear and understandable for consumers manner. Many years of research experience guarantee the highest quality of service.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/>\nChosen, currently carried out by IARP experts projects:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/iarp.edu.pl\/en\/coopskills\/\">CoopSkills<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">is an Erasmus + project, which brings together communities, businesses and teachers to create a culture of lifelong learning. By creating \u2018learning companies\u2019 and local reskilling labs, we support unemployed people or those in the process of changing their career, helping them to acquire the skills needed to succeed in today&#8217;s green and digital economy. The Institute for Labour Market Analysis is responsible for developing and evaluating the methodology that will be used to implement the project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/iarp.edu.pl\/en\/microidea\/\">Microidea<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>an international Erasmus+ project, aims to introduce a holistic methodology for establishing rules for the design, issuance, assessment, validation and certification of micro-credentials that are widely recognised at European level and integrated into the existing quality assurance system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201e<span style=\"color: #004882;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/iarp.edu.pl\/en\/projects\/work-life-balance-its-possible\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Work-Life Balance Mechanisms in Polish Enterprises<\/a>&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><strong><br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0analysis and counselling in Polish enterprises (MGR)<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><strong><em>Project by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2b4b7e;\"><strong><em>European Employment Policy Observatory<\/em><\/strong><\/span> \u2013 project carried out for the European Commission, DG EMPLO. Since 2009 expert services are being provided in the field of national labour market, in terms of studies concerning ongoing monitoring of trends on the Polish labour market and the implementation of employment policies. Expert work include regular reports, assessment of the National Reform Programmes and thematic publications<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2b4b7e;\"><strong><em>Measuring Performance of EU Member States Skills Systems and Prioritising Skill Mismatches<\/em><\/strong><\/span> \u2013 project carried out on behalf of CEDEFOP by a consortium of organizations chaired by Cambridge Econometrics. Expert support includes the preparation of the national ex-post report on the impact of ESF initiatives in the area of social inclusion in Poland.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Other recent IARP projects:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #2b4b7e;\"><strong><em>Providing targeted advice on ESF support to apprenticeship and traineeship schemes<\/em><\/strong><\/span> &#8211; project carried out in 2013-2015 in cooperation with Ecorys UK, commissioned by the European Commission, DG EMPLO. The project aimed at providing support to Member States in creating new apprenticeships and internships, in particular programs supported by the ESF and in improving the quality and effectiveness of existing programs, apprenticeships and traineeships. The project developed, inter alia, guides to good practices, including an analysis of critical success factors and characteristics of various systems of traineeships and apprenticeships across Europe. IARP&#8217;s role was to provide expert content support to assist Member States in the preparation of assumptions to training and internship programs and training in this area..<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2b4b7e;\"><em><strong>Support services for Mutual Learning within the European Employment Strategy<\/strong><\/em><\/span> \u2013 <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"alt-edited\">project carried out on behalf of the ICF for the European Commission. Expert work included the preparation of the report <em>Youth Guarantee in Poland A Policy Breakthrough or Continuation?<\/em> for the purpose of <em>Peer Review Conference<\/em> on &#8220;Youth Guarantee&#8221;
