It will result in the identification of practices in companies and all related procedures, documents and ways of conduct. This stage of exploration will also facilitate collecting introductory information on the scale of the application of MGR practices in the analysed companies. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #004882;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whereas the <strong>second phase of the analysis in-company situation\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">is &#8211; primarily &#8211; to qualitatively evaluate applied\u00a0practices concerning:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>verification if a given practice is really in use ;<\/li>\n<li>advancement of implemented practices ;<\/li>\n<li>effectiveness of a given practice in relation to aims assumed during its development and implementation;<\/li>\n<li>adjustment of practices to the needs and demands of employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This phase will result in a comprehensive description of practices used in companies with their evaluation and diagnosis of real effects resulting from the application of a given practice (or the lack of actions within that famework despite formal implementation of a practice), apart from the description of the practice.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #004882;\">The third phase<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #004882;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">of the analysis aims at a wide inclusion of all employees and the company management in the process of its development\/ perfecting and implementation of MGR practices. The aim of councelling is to inform\u00a0enterpreneurs on the results of case studies (presentation of case study results and developed MGR recommendations to the owner, representatives of the management or managers). Effective realisation of that goal is conditioned on the cooperation with the enterprise concerninig the choice of optimal mechanisms allowing for the implementation of work-life balance recommendations, adjusted to the capabilities and needs of a given enterprise. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In this project the MGR counselling part will make use of the following tools:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><strong>knowledge base,<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><strong>information brochure\/ book of good practices ,<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><strong>training ,<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><strong>counselling,<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><strong>supervision<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will propose a <span style=\"color: #004882;\">set of personalised tools<\/span> for each company so that they can effectively\u00a0implement or perfect MGR solutions. In particular,\u00a0counselling, supervision and information brochure &#8211; with recommendations on the implementation\/ perfection of MGR practices (report from the analysis), and the knowledge base &#8211; with the part including partial reports describing particular analysed companies, will be fully personalised (developed for each company). Whereas the training will be developed in a few versions for exapmle adjusted to the size of a company or the level of advancement of used MGR practices. Information part of the brochure (including the book of good practices) and the knowledge base will be universal for all the analysed companies.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, crucial is the fact that the whole process of MGR counselling will begin with the presentation of a partical report (to the owner, the management or other persons indicated by the owner\/ company director), which will describe the in-company situation and developed recommendations within the implementation of MGR solutions. The presentation will be given by a person responsible for conducting the analysis of in-company situation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #004882; font-size: 14pt;\">STAGE III<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #004882;\">DEVELOPMENT OF A STRATEGY OF IMPLEMENTATION OF WORK-LIFE BALANCE MECHANISMS IN ENTERPRISES<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At this stage <strong><span style=\"color: #004882;\">five tools for the development of methods of MGR implementation\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">will be used in analysed enterprises\u00a0<\/span><\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #004882;\">SMART<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><strong>SMART<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0(<em>Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound<\/em>) is a method of formulating goals regarding five characteristics of a well-formulated goal. According to this idea the goal should be:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>specific, it needs to be understood unambiguously and clearly by the recipient, the formulation of the goal should be unambiguous and should not leave any space for free interpretation,<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">measurable, i. e. formulated in a way allowing for unambiguous mierzalny, czyli sformu\u0142owany tak, aby mo\u017cna by\u0142o w jednoznaczny spos\u00f3b wyrazi\u0107 stopie\u0144 realizacji celu, lub przynajmniej umo\u017cliwi\u0107 jednoznaczn\u0105 sprawdzalno\u015b\u0107 jego realizacji<\/span>,<\/li>\n<li>possible, hence realistic, goal which is impossible to reach can undermine motivation and\u00a0belief in its realisation,<\/li>\n<li>real goal needs to be a significant step foreward and, simultaneously, needs to have added value for the person that will be\u00a0achieving it,<\/li>\n<li>defined in time, goal should have a defined time perspective for its realisation\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><strong>SWOT<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #004882;\">SWOT<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>analysis<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>is the a juxtapposition of strong\u00a0\u00a0(<em>Strengths<\/em>) and weak (<em>Weaknesses<\/em>) sides of the analysed enterprise regarding the realisation and\/ or implementation of MGR solutions and chances (<em>Opportunities), and\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0threats (<em>Threats) <\/em>for the processes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #004882;\">Theory of Constraints<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Theory of Constraints &#8211; TOC &#8211; is a method allowing for the identification and management of constraints in the environment. \u00a0TOC is a practical solution used in industry, project management, education, military and other areas. It is particularly useful in building development strategy, defining barriers in paths to achieving goals, and building variuos\u00a0scenarios.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #004882;\"><b>Building scenarios<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Scenarios are descriptions of future or some of its aspects, which remain consistent and transparent in form, and focus on the most crucial issues.
