Short description:

Training introduces the problem of public procurement law, development of public procurements, carrying out public procurement procedures, range of public procurement agreements, legal remedies and other areas essential for effective and correct carrying out public procurement procedure.

Target group:

Training is aimed at persons developing public procurements and interested in submitting tenders in such processes in order to get acquainted with detailed requirements and rules of the effective law.

Time:

Two days, 16 teaching hours.
