Advisory Talks with the So-called Difficult Client

Participants of training become acquainted with the rules and techniques of conducting talks during counselling process, with particular emphasis on talks with a, so called, difficult client (withdrawing, silent, unmotivated, aggressive or with claiming attitude). Participants learn the psychological conditionings of the effectiveness of such conversations. Psychological games, which simulate such talks are a part of the training.
The training is addressed at the employees of labour offices, centres supporting social economy, NOGs operating on the labour market, vocational councillors, teachers.
